Full job description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Hours: Full-Time |40 Hrs Location: Somerset County | As per the need of the service; generally work is performed at various agency sites. Experience/Training: • Minimum two years of general maintenance experience and demonstrated expertise in areas listed below are required. • Valid Driver’s license required Job Summary: Maintenance worker skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, doors and windows, and related areas. Job Description: • Perform general maintenance and repair at designated facilities as determined appropriate. • Conduct frequent and periodic review of repair status, structural and operational integrity of facilities. • Maintain agency equipment and tools in good and safe operating conditions. • Inform supervisor of health and safety issues. • Participate in grounds clean-up and snow removal as needed/assigned. • Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as directed by supervisor. #SN
