Full Description

Required Skills: • Bachelors degree with 7 years bank operations experience, or High School Diploma with 10years bank oper​ations experience. • 5+ years as an operations analyst in a banking environment. • 5 years hands-on experience in a team lead or analyst role supporting servicing and operations of loans. • Demonstrated experience resolving operational issues and improving processes from within commercial banking operations. • Critical thinker, very organized, ability to resolve problems independently, work with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail. • Experience working in a production environment under time constraints and strict deadlines. • Ability to interact with internal and external customers to achieve positive results while working in a fast-paced, production environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
