Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Snappy is an award-winning, all-in-one gifting company that is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Team Lead to drive the engineering behind their Swag and Store products. The role involves leading a team of developers, actively contributing code, and collaborating with Product to deliver meaningful improvements. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor two-three full stack engineers, setting the technical direction and helping them grow through a mix of guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing • Stay hands-on: write code, design features, review PRs, and get into the details when it counts • Collaborate closely with Product to define priorities, plan features and deliver meaningful improvements with tight feedback loops • Continuously refine how the team works, removing friction, improving processes, and creating a modern, effective engineering environment Skills • Over 7 years of experience in software development • 3+ years with Node.js and modern frameworks • 3+ years with React or related frameworks • 2+ years managing an engineering team • Product-oriented and skilled in working closely with business, product, and customer-facing teams • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong technical, interpersonal, and leadership qualities • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment • Self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented • Fluent in English and Hebrew Company Overview • Snappy is an all-in-one enterprise gifting platform that allows companies to send gifts to their customers and team members.
