Virtual Account Executive – Full-Time (Remote) Employment Type: W2 Employee Compensation: Hourly Base Pay + Monthly Performance Incentive About the Role We are hiring a full-time Virtual Account Executive to support our business development and client outreach activities. This is an employee position that includes structured training, clear responsibilities, and growth opportunities within the company. You will assist our sales team by managing communication with prospective clients, maintaining records, and supporting account development. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients using company-provided tools. Assist senior sales staff with follow-ups and account management tasks. Learn company services and communicate them clearly to interested clients. Maintain accurate notes and updates within the CRM system. Attend scheduled team meetings and training sessions. Meet weekly activity goals set by the team lead. Qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM tools, calendar, video calls). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Interest in sales, customer service, or business development roles. Compensation & Work Environment Base Pay: $15–$20 per hour (adjust to your exact amount). Monthly performance incentive based on meeting activity targets. Full training provided.
