This is an in person role in our Downtown Seattle offic! About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions Analyst to join our real estate investment and wholesaling team. This role is responsible for agent outreach, analyzing incoming leads, underwriting properties, communicating with sellers and agents, and helping the team identify profitable opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead Intake, Outreach & Engagement • Conduct daily agent outreach and warm calling to listing agents, wholesalers, sellers, and referral partners to source new deals. • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on submitted offers, pending conversations, and stale leads that need re-engagement. • Maintain high daily call volume and strong talk time to ensure constant movement in the upper funnel. • Follow calling scripts while maintaining natural, value-driven communication. • Track all conversations, outcomes, and next steps in CRM. Agent Relationship Management • Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate agents to increase repeat deal opportunities. • Establish sustainable relationships with agents and leads to build consistent deal in-flow • Follow up with agents on: • Submitted offers • Counteroffers • Price reductions • Inspection periods • Listing updates and off-market opportunities • Ensure consistent, professional, and proactive communication that keeps us top of mind with agents in target markets. Lead Intake & Evaluation • Review new leads daily from multiple channels (PPC, inbound calls, agent outreach, third-party wholesalers, direct mail, etc.). • Conduct initial deal screening based on property condition, seller motivation, timeline, and price. • Manage and update leads within CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, Podio). Property Analysis & Underwriting • Run comps using Lotside, PropStream, Zillow, Privy, or other tools. • Determine ARV, rental value, rehab costs, and recommended MAO. • Produce detailed underwriting summaries for management review. • Put offers and manage feedback and negotiation. Deal Pipeline Management • Assist disposition manager with scheduling walkthroughs, inspections, virtual tours, and contractor assessments. • Provide feedback to the seller/agent based on the investor visit and negotiate the purchase price adjustment accordingly. • Move opportunities through defined pipeline stages in CRM tool for KPI and performance management. • Ensure all documentation, contracts, and communication are properly uploaded and tracked. Team Collaboration • Work directly with Acquisitions Manager, Dispositions, Transaction Coordinator, and Operations to push deals toward closing. • Participate in daily KPI and performance meetings. • Maintain a high performance bar and professional posture. Required Skills & Qualifications • High outbound calling capability; comfortable making 50–75 calls/day. • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships. • 1–3 years of experience in real estate wholesaling, investing, underwriting, acquisitions, or comparable analytical roles. • Strong understanding of real estate valuation, comps analysis, and investment metrics. • Highly disciplined to understand and follow the process. • Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and responsive. • Familiarity with CRM systems (GHL preferred) and property data tools. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high lead volumes. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • 40 hr/week and 5 days in the office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
