Partner closely with the SVP to support strategic planning, project tracking, and execution of key initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings. Serve as a liaison between the SVP and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up. Attend meetings with or on behalf of the SVP, capturing action items and driving completion. Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Support board preparation, including assembling materials and coordinating logistics. Monitor company culture and provide insights to the SVP on challenges and opportunities. Handle ad-hoc tasks such as travel coordination, event planning, and administrative support. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or executive support roles. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools. You Unlimited. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $150,000-170,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications.
