About the Project: SmartHER Ventures is launching a groundbreaking unscripted reality series where the world’s most ambitious tech founders compete for funding, mentorship, and a shot at changing the world. Think Shark Tank meets Project Runway, but set inside a high-octane tech accelerator. Our goal? To make this show a global phenomenon—and we need a Sales Superstar to make it happen. Location: Remote Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (100% Commission) What You’ll Be Doing: As our Sales Associate, you’ll be the engine behind the show’s commercial success. Your mission: secure partnerships and sponsorships that will make this show impossible to ignore. • Sponsorship Acquisition: Hunt down and close deals with tech companies, lifestyle brands, and venture firms. • Pitching: Deliver knockout presentations that show sponsors exactly why they need to be part of this journey (think ROI, audience reach, and innovation vibes). • Relationship Management: Be the go-to person from first handshake to signed contract. • Collaboration: Work closely with Production and Casting to make sure brands and the show vibe seamlessly align. What We’re Looking For • Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years in outbound sales, sponsorship acquisition, or talent partnerships. • Tech Fluent: Know your way around VC funding, SaaS, Fintech, AI, and the startup ecosystem. Speak the language of founders and investors. • Communicator Extraordinaire: You can sell a vision over the phone, email, and in-person. “No” is just a stepping stone to “Yes.” • Self-Starter Mentality: Fully commission-based means you run on results, not a clock. • Persistence: A “hunter” mindset that knows how to find and reach decision-makers.
