About the Role: This position will provide operational support for both the Sales and Marketing functions. The role is responsible for managing daily activities, including building and maintaining lead lists, ensuring CRM data accuracy, coordinating marketing campaign tasks, supporting content development and execution, SEO, and assisting with tradeshow preparation and related reporting. The individual in this role will work collaboratively with Sales to execute campaigns, maintain organized and accurate sales and marketing data, and contribute to lead generation and outreach activities. The position will also support routine reporting and administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities • Schedule and publish content across social media • Perform foundational SEO (keyword tracking, on-page optimization, reporting). • Build simple HubSpot workflows and automated email sequences for nurturing and segmentation. • Update and maintain company webpages to keep content accurate and on brand. • Coordinate tradeshow logistics and collateral, including inventory and print materials. • Update digital ads, graphics, and campaign assets. • Format and assemble marketing materials (case studies, white papers, internal docs). • Build, enrich, and maintain targeted lead lists using HubSpot, and LinkedIn • Clean and deduplicate CRM records, aligning contacts with sales ownership. • Create email templates and outreach content for verticals with Sales. • Complete RFPs and related documents; flag follow-ups. • Support weekly and monthly sales reporting (pipeline and campaign responses). • Provide administrative support to Sales operations (organize contacts, assets, event follow-ups). • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar) is preferred • 3+ years of experience in a support role within Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. • Self-Starter with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Clear and professional written and verbal communication. • Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, a plus). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
