Job Description Job Description Schedule: THIS IS A 4 DAY ROJECT, SUPERVISOR WILL DECIDE WHO STAYS AFTER THE PROJECT • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM About the Role: We’re looking for hard-working and reliable General Laborers to join our team for a short-term project. You’ll help with the outdoor assembly of a truss storage shelter (fabric structure) by building the steel frame, securing the fabric cover, and preparing the structure for use. What You’ll Do: • Assist in assembling an outdoor truss storage shelter • Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently • Work as part of a team to ensure timely completion of the project • Follow supervisor’s instructions and maintain worksite safety What We’re Looking For: • Must be experienced in working with hand and power tools • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded • Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work • Construction or assembly experience preferred Company Description Smart Resources is a strategic staffing agency that provides tailored workforce solutions across industries like manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, and corporate recruiting.
