Smart Office Automation is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Supplies & Toner Coordinator to join our Houston operations team. This position is responsible for ensuring our customers and technicians always have the copier and printer supplies they need — on time, every time. 🔧 Responsibilities • Manage and maintain inventory of copier and printer supplies (toner, drums, cartridges, maintenance kits, etc.) • Process supply orders from customers, field technicians, and branches • Coordinate deliveries and shipments to ensure timely fulfillment • Track usage and replenish stock based on demand and service activity • Work within ECI / e-automate to log inventory, update part numbers, and process orders • Collaborate with the service and logistics teams to align supply levels with field operations • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies • Communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders, pricing, and product returns • Provide reporting on supply usage, costs, and trends Qualifications • Experience in the copier or office technology industry (required) • Knowledge of toner and copier supply processes • Proficiency with ECI / e-automate or similar ERP systems • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • High attention to detail and accountability About Smart Office Automation Smart Office Automation is a Texas-based technology provider specializing in document management, print solutions, and workflow automation.
