Responsibilities • Publications • Vendor, HCP, and cross-functional coordination: Liaise with external vendors, HCPs, and Servier cross-functional teams to support agency requests and ongoing collaboration. • Contracting and financial operations: Support Project Owner with contracting across agencies and HCP consultants/authors, including PO creation in NetSuite and coordination with Servier Finance, Cost Center Owner, and agencies on routine Finance exercises and reforecasting. • Project and timeline management: Manage timelines and deliverables across team activities, including meeting follow-up and documentation of action items from cross-functional working meetings. • Leadership reporting and communications: Complete quarterly metrics reporting by gathering inputs from functional area leads, updating slides, and providing cross-functional status updates, as needed. • Systems and operational support: Provide routine iEnvision “housekeeping” and support Veeva submissions for in-house developed materials (record creation, tagging/linking, MSRC grid completion), where needed. • Field Medical enablement and deployment: Coordinate with IT on deployment of new Field Medical materials and maintain the team materials tracker. • Other services: Additional support as mutually agreed between the Parties. • HEOR • Develop and submit RWE study concepts in collaboration with HEOR Strategy Leads for internal endorsements. • Study contracting and execution: Liaise with external vendors, and Servier cross-functional teams (Medical, Legal, Compliance, etc) to execute the study. • Contracting and financial operations: Support Project Owner with contracting across agencies and HCP consultants/authors, including PO creation in NetSuite and coordination with Servier Finance, Cost Center Owner, and agencies on routine Finance exercises and reforecasting. • Project and timeline management: Manage timelines and deliverables across team activities, including meeting follow-up and documentation of action items from cross-functional working meetings. • Leadership reporting and communications: Complete quarterly metrics reporting by gathering inputs from functional area leads, updating slides, and providing cross-functional status updates, as needed. Qualifications • Minimum 6-10 Years pharmaceutical publication management and HEOR business analysis. • Proven successful project management work experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment with deep ERP/validation knowledge is required. • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining project plans, dashboards, and trackers to drive accountability and transparency. • Proven ability to manage multiple (8–10) concurrent studies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Technical Knowledge: • Must have direct experience using iEnvision, by Envision Pharma Group is a comprehensive, web-based platform designed to support the strategic and operational needs of medical affairs. • Must have direct experience in executing and managing Veeva submissions. • Familiarity with pharmaceutical RWE processes, data and systems is required. • Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and computer software validation (CSV) methodologies. • Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Onenote). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders across departments. • Ability to present concepts and lead discussions on design issues with authority and poise both internally and to clients. This is a leadership-facing role. • Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors/CROs. Education • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or related field required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD) preferred. Certifications • Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) are highly preferred. Work Schedule • Typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. • Must be flexible to accommodate departmental needs and client/staff time zones. • At times, overtime may be needed to accomplish deliverables which could include evenings or weekend hours. • For all remote meetings, there is an expectation of being on-camera for all meetings with appropriate business attire and standard Slipstream virtual background. Work Location • Place of employment is expected to be 95% remote. • For all remote meetings, all employees are required to be on-camera with appropriate business casual attire and background. • On occasion, some travel to client locations or company meetings may be required. • Travel will be no more than 5%. Physical Requirements • This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. • The ability to move about to accomplish tasks. • Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions. • Communicating verbally and written word with others to exchange information. • Exposure to a standard office environment with average room temperatures with no adverse environmental conditions expected.
