General Manager – Slick City Action Park (Colleyville, TX) Full-Time | Salaried + Quarterly Bonus SlideUp — the owner of Colleyville Slick City as well as Oklahoma City's first Slick City indoor slide park—is searching for a visionary General Manager to own every aspect of day-to-day operations and deliver an unforgettable family-entertainment experience. You’ll run the park with an ownership mindset, empowering the founding team to focus on expanding the brand. This is a rare opportunity to grow your career alongside a fast-scaling franchise. Key Responsibilities • Park Operations & Safety • Ensure the park is clean, safe, and family-friendly at all times • Enforce park rules, industry safety standards, and sanitation protocols • Oversee daily operations, including cash/sales control, inventory, party management, and opening/closing procedures • Be accountable for all incidents, injuries, or critical events—transparency is essential • Team Leadership & Development • Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the entire park team • Develop Assistant Managers and team members through hands-on mentorship • Promote a positive culture that encourages excellence, safety, and fun • Have courageous conversations to drive improvement and accountability • Business Strategy & Results • Manage park P&Ls and ensure profitability and efficiency • Drive revenue through membership sales, birthday parties, events, and repeat visits • Consistently deliver top-tier customer service • Focus on year-over-year traffic growth through guest satisfaction and community reputation • Collaboration & Communication • Maintain clear, honest, and open communication across all levels • Keep owners informed—good or bad—through timely and accurate reporting Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent leadership experience • 4+ years of management experience in a customer-facing, operational, or retail environment • Proven ability to lead teams, manage P&L statements, and drive business results Core Competencies • Accountability: Own everything that happens in your park • Dependability: Earn unwavering confidence from owners and team members • Urgency: Execute tasks quickly and with purpose • Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities or new company goals • Execution: Prioritize and deliver results efficiently • Relationship Building: Build trust with team, peers, and leadership • Courage: Address underperformance constructively and lead improvement • Communication: Maintain open, honest, and respectful dialogue • Performance & Talent Management: Inspire and grow future leaders • Collaboration: Actively work with owners and team members Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Employee discount • Paid time off • Paid training Application Question(s): • Could you please describe your people/team management philosophy? • What do you think the single, most important quality you possess that would make you the perfect GM of Slick City Colleyville?
