Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Ads Specialist with a strong track record in running campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn for luxury and beauty brands. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. This is a remote freelance role reporting directly to the CEO and is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping Slate’s paid media capabilities. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads. Develop targeting strategies tailored for luxury fashion and beauty audiences. Create and test ad creatives in collaboration with Slate’s content team. Implement tracking and analytics to measure campaign performance, ensuring clear ROI. Manage budgets effectively and adjust strategies based on real-time data. Provide regular reporting and insights to inform broader marketing and content strategies. Stay current with trends in paid social, especially as they apply to luxury and beauty sectors. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in paid media / digital advertising with proven results. Platform Expertise: Strong background in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Luxury/Beauty Experience: Prior work with fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle brands is a must. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics). Creative Collaboration: Ability to work closely with content production teams to translate visuals into high-performing ads. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
