What Your Experience Will Be As our GTM Engineer, you will build and optimize the systems that power our sales and marketing motion. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue ops—automating prospecting workflows, enriching lead data, building internal tools, and creating leverage for our AEs and BDRs. This is not a dashboard role. You will write code, ship automations, and build the technical infrastructure that makes our revenue teams radically more efficient. What Success Looks Like Build & Maintain Automated Outbound Systems • Build and maintain automated outbound prospecting systems using Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and custom scripts. • Develop AI-powered workflows for personalized outreach at scale. • Own technical aspects of new channel launches (partnerships, paid, events). Enrich, Score & Qualify Leads • Enrich and score leads using APIs, web scraping, and third-party data providers. • Integrate and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) with marketing automation and data sources. • Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks across the GTM motion. Internal Tools & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Create internal tools and dashboards to increase sales team productivity. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ship experiments fast. • Own the data integrity and operational health of our lead-to-revenue pipeline. What You Will Bring • 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue ops, growth engineering, or a similar technical GTM role. • Proficient in Python, SQL, and API integrations. • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales automation tools. • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead lifecycle. • Comfortable with ambiguity; can build v1 of something from scratch. • Metrics-obsessed and comfortable running A/B tests on outreach campaigns. • Bias toward simplification, clarity, and leverage. Bonus Points • Experience with restaurant tech, hospitality, or SMB sales motions. • Familiarity with AI/LLM-based personalization (GPT, Claude). • Prior startup experience (sub-50 person company). • Background in data engineering or analytics. Compensation & Location Compensation for this role is location-based and benchmarked against local market data aligned to the employee’s primary work location. Total compensation includes a mix of cash and equity and may vary by location, role level, and experience. Our range is therefore wide and not meant as a negotiation range.
