Coordinate efforts across multiple teams (incl. technical, functional, change, and client) to ensure seamless project execution. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and collaborate with the delivery team to develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges and drive clarity and stakeholder alignment. • Be an Expert: Stay current with Workday product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance solution offerings. Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in deployment governance to clients. • Sales Support: Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses and sales leads.
