As the OpenAI Partner Solution Lead at the Sr. Principal title, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including OpenAI industry leaders, sales teams, and solution architects, to drive pre-sales process and deliver impactful outcomes. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. We are open to candidates located anywhere across the United States, within a commutable distance to one of our offices. What You’ll Do • Strategic Solutioning: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOW) to drive business growth. Identify opportunities for Slalom in data and intelligence, both in existing and new environments. Manage sales pipelines and nurture early opportunities to delivery handoff. • Solution Excellence: Drive the adoption and enablement of OpenAI technologies, while ensuring excellence in delivery, client engagement, talent management, and operational performance. • Subject Matter Expertise: As the OpenAI Partner Solution Lead, engage with clients, executives, and drive customer-focused solutions. Leverage your deep understanding of data and intelligence to deliver value. • Transformation Management: Lead organizational change by championing the adoption of OpenAI’s generative AI technologies, including upskilling teams, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation and responsible AI integration across business processes. • Revenue Impact: Senior Principal hires will have a responsibility of $1.5M - $3.5M • Utilization Expectation: Target 60% (may vary). Experience What You’ll Bring • 10+ years in consulting and/or business transformation, technology advances and the workforce and organization implications (e.g., Generative AI). Direct experience with OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise and familiarity with AI Coaching required • Demonstrated proficiency in AI, generative AI, and machine learning, with hands-on experience operationalizing foundation models and integrating advanced language models into enterprise systems. • Strong financial acumen with experience managing solution P&Ls, sales pipelines and performance metrics. Effective Communication • Demonstrated skill in explaining complex AI and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating technical capabilities into clear business value and outcomes. Business Development • Track record of growing client relationships and expanding account opportunities through the delivery of innovative AI and data-driven solutions. • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through high-impact solution offerings and cross-functional team leadership. Requires expertise and credibility to influence across our global footprint. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
