AI Product Manager Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite availablity in Redmond, WA Who You’ll Work With This candidate will join an AI team, which includes product management, and engineering teams to drive delivery of AI-powered legal solutions and responsible AI principles. This role is highly visible with strategic impact and plays a critical role in ensuring that all solutions meet high standards for security, compliance, and ethical AI use. It involves coordination with multiple stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and engineering teams, as well as management of distributed nearshore vendor teams. What You’ll Do • Partnering with business stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints, and desire outcomes, and formulating features and product backlogs to build custom-fit AI-enabled solutions. • Facilitating smooth coordination between onshore and nearshore engineering teams for timely and high-quality releases. • Ensuring all AI solutions comply with responsible AI principles and legal/compliance policies. • Leading threat modeling, privacy impact assessments, and security reviews in collaboration with internal teams. • Guiding development teams in model documentation, outcome explainability, and governance implementation for LLMs. • Partnering with Responsible AI advisors to mitigate ethical, regulatory, and reputational risks. What You’ll Bring Must Have Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product ownership, or engineering leadership roles. • Proven experience managing full-stack AI/ML product teams in Agile environments. • Strong technical understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and Microsoft Azure cloud architecture. • Familiarity with foundational AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and responsible AI deployment practices. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills. • Onsite availability in Redmond, WA, with ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in legal tech or compliance-oriented engineering initiatives. • Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or other LLM orchestration frameworks. • Understanding of LLMOps, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop architectures. • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, Jira, and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
