Role Overview We are seeking a highly tactical Creator Operations Specialist to lead the technical outreach and recruitment of influencers for a stealth, high-growth venture. The ideal candidate is an operator who has “boots on the ground” experience using relevant marketing platform tools to identify, contact and on-board creators for advertising use cases. The position is a part-time commitment that could grow into a full-time role for the right person. We are also open to a Consulting/Training engagement to help our internal team master these workflows. About Us We are an experienced team of AI specialists, engineers and executives that are chasing what we believe is a new way for brands to connect with creators and have had multiple successful exit events in the software and advertising industries. Responsibilities • Direct Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment workflows using TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM), YouTube BrandConnect, and Instagram Creator Marketplace/APIs. • Platform Mastery: Manage creator lists, send official campaign invites through platform interfaces, and track conversion rates from "Invite" to "Joined." • Campaign Setup: Configure campaign briefs within these marketplaces to ensure they are discoverable by the right creator segments. • Workflow Optimization: Troubleshoot API-related hurdles or platform limitations to ensure seamless creator onboarding. • Training (If Consulting): Conduct virtual deep-dive sessions to train our team on the nuances of each platform’s back-end, including filtering logic, outreach templates, and contract management within the tools. Qualifications • Recent Hands-on Experience: You must have used TikTok Creator Marketplace, YouTube BrandConnect, or Instagram’s Creator tools within the last 12 months. • Operational Depth: You know the "hidden" quirks of these platforms (e.g., how to avoid spam filters, how to optimize your brand profile to attract creators, and how to use API-driven data to find niche talent). • Execution-Focused: You enjoy the process of sourcing and "closing" creators to join specific projects or campaigns. • Data-Driven: Ability to report on recruitment funnels and optimize outreach based on response data. Preferred Skills • Experience with third-party CRM/Growth tools (e.g., Grin, Modash, or Aspire) is a plus, but native platform knowledge is our priority. • Strong communication skills for virtual training and documentation.
