[Key Responsibilities] • Web UI Design: Design intuitive layouts for homepages and landing pages, creating digital interfaces that enhance the overall User Experience (UX) and drive engagement. • Marketing Visual Production: Conceptualize and produce high-impact visual assets for all marketing channels, including LinkedIn-specific carousel decks, social media ad banners, email newsletters, and online promotional materials. • Content Visualization: Create high-quality imagery, infographics, and visual aids for blog posts and Google Business Profiles (GBP) to strengthen brand authority and online credibility. • Corporate Identity & Internal Assets: Design and maintain templates for company announcements, internal documentation, and presentation decks (PPT) to ensure consistent internal branding. • Brand Asset Management: Oversee and apply Brand Guidelines (logos, typography, color palettes) across all digital platforms to maintain a cohesive and professional brand identity. [Required Qualifications] • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Relevant experience in Marketing [Preferred Qualifications] • Agency Experience: Proven track record in a web agency environment, with the ability to lead diverse projects, maintain a fast-paced workflow, and communicate flexibly with stakeholders. • Design Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma for web UI design and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for high-quality visual asset production. • Business Documentation & Visualization: Exceptional ability to create professional internal documents and presentation templates using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace. • Platform-Specific Expertise: Deep understanding of layout requirements for various social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and a keen eye for current U.S. design trends and cultural nuances.
