Gigstreem is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Operations Manager to lead and oversee field operations across a designated region. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of residential and commercial installations, network maintenance, and customer support activities. You’ll be responsible for managing internal teams and external partners, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every technician interaction reflects the Gigstreem brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate lives/operates in the Central and/or Mountain time zones. Key Responsibilities * Lead Regional Field Operations: Manage daily field activities including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and escalations across multiple markets. * Team Development: Train, coach, and evaluate field technicians; conduct ride-alongs, lead daily stand-ups, and oversee performance reviews. * Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor KPIs, technical standards, and quality control procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders. * Customer Experience: Ensure technicians deliver friendly, professional service that builds rapport with residents, property staff, and clients. * Project Oversight: Supervise installations, trouble calls, outage responses, and plant maintenance; review as-built documentation and inspect completed work. * Safety & Compliance: Audit field work to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines. * Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast labor needs, develop staffing plans, and manage contractor relationships. * 24/7 Support: Participate in on-call rotation to provide real-time troubleshooting and field support. * Oversee daily field operations across assigned markets, including installations, maintenance, and customer support * Manage internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery * Train, coach, and evaluate field technicians through ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing development * Lead staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and escalation handling * Ensure all technician interactions reflect Gigstreem’s brand values and customer service standards * Conduct quality control audits and post-project reviews to maintain construction and service excellence * Monitor and enforce safety compliance across all field activities * Collaborate with leadership to forecast labor needs and develop hiring and contractor plans * Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 field support and troubleshooting * Serve as the local expert on network sites and work status, reporting insights to senior management   Qualifications * 10+ years of field experience in the telecommunications industry * 5+ years managing installation and infrastructure teams in residential/commercial internet services * Proven leadership experience as a Manager or Senior Manager * Strong knowledge of telecom technologies, site design, and installation methods * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record
