7+ years of successful outside sales experience in industrial or MRO markets, selling to all organizational levels, with strong motivation and negotiation skills.
This is an opportunity for an experienced salesperson who is currently engaged in industrial products, and complete analytical systems- preferably air systems . You will continue to be engaged in the dynamics of the ever-changing world of the industrial marketplace. This position requires individuals who are motivated by assisting customers and building and growing relationships. Responsibilities • Provides strategic recommendations, pricing, and customized solutions for products and services to meet individual customer needs relating to air systems • Prepares product and service quotations and proposes to potential customers • Negotiates terms, and closes transactions • Researches local markets to identify sales opportunities and competitors Desired Skills And Experience • Minimum of 7+ years of successful Outside Sales, Key Account, Business Development experience in the industrial or MRO marketplace calling on large and mid-market accounts. • Experience selling to all levels of an organization from their front-line employees through their management teams. • Candidates must possess a high level of motivation, planning and negotiation skills. • The ability to adhere to and fully support all company policies and procedures including all Sales and Marketing programs.
