Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Accurately record customer information and interactions through data entry systems. • Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. • Promote products and services through upselling opportunities where appropriate. • Maintain a friendly and professional tone with all customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently. • Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
