Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Accurately record customer information and interactions through data entry systems. • Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. • Promote products and services through upselling opportunities where appropriate. • Maintain a friendly and professional tone with all customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently. • Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and communication skills. Skills • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. • Bilingual candidates will have an advantage in serving diverse customer bases. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour. • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to effectively address customer needs. • Analytical skills to assess customer issues and identify appropriate solutions. • Ability to upsell products or services tactfully to enhance the customer experience. • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
