Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. Duties • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions • Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales potential • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and generate leads • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform strategic planning Skills • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Expertise in account management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service • Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies • Experience with cold calling, upselling, and managing territory sales effectively • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams for optimal results This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise within a supportive team environment.
