Pay Rate: $18/hr Location: Irving, TX Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00am–2:30pm (weekends as needed) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our Fortune 500 manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and maintaining product quality standards. Responsibilities • Perform packaging and batch-making functions for the production line. • Prepare production processes following current QC procedures, guidelines, and SOPs. • Monitor operations, raw material, and packaging component availability. • Operate line equipment using PLC and PC applications. • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation (logs, batch records, SOPs). • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance. • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all applicable SOPs. • Maintain a clean and safe plant environment. • Load/unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and other handling devices. • Assist with material handling duties as needed. Qualifications • High School Diploma required. • Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. • Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
