Full Description

We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping current clients while giving exceptional service. We are also looking for someone who is invested in the growth of the agency by pursuing new business through cross sales, referrals and call in business. Minimum Qualifications for Customer Service Sales Representative: • Prior sales experience or a client-facing background • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to become licensed within 30 days in (Life, Property, and Casualty). • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior and a strong work ethic • Must be coachable and open to constructive criticism • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening • Proficiency with word, excel, and learning quickly new computer programs and CRM's. • Must be positive, motivated and determined • Follow through on commitments • Ability to self start, problem solve, and create strategies to solve client concerns with minimal intervention or assistance (resourcefulness) • Ability to learn new material independently and quickly • Strong attention to detail • Intrinsically driven to be successful Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative: • Foster great relationships with our clients to ensure they stay with our agency for a lifetime • Comfortable with communicating over phone majority of the time • Acquire online reviews and referrals • Ability to advise clients on policy changes, life changes, or status changes with tact and professionalism • Respond to all client inquires within one business day • Understand and identify prospect's needs for sales opportunities • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers • Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services • Staying informed about competing products and services • Ability to achieve high sales targets • Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA requirements Benefits for the Insurance Sales Representative: • Base salary • Very competitive commission structure- up to 100% commission • Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance • Paid time off - personal time and holidays • Career growth/advancement development opportunities with Farmers • Training/coaching provided Saving money is a vital concern for nearly everyone.
