Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Cromwell, CT. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, generating leads, and closing sales within the trade show and exhibit industry. Daily tasks include conducting client consultations, developing tailored proposals, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior results. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service to meet and exceed targets. Qualifications • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships • Knowledge in marketing and branding strategies, including trade show industry trends • Proficiency in consultative selling and ability to assess client needs • Organizational and time-management skills, along with a results-driven focus • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus • Previous experience in sales, trade shows, or exhibit planning is advantageous • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
