We are seeking a Travel PC Technician to join our client's IT support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, solving technical challenges, and providing hands-on support in a variety of environments. You’ll travel Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend work as needed) to client sites to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware and related equipment. Responsibilities • Travel to client sites to install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and technical support to end users • Set up and maintain network connections, cabling, and basic switch/router configurations • Perform system imaging, updates, and migrations as needed • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations • Collaborate with internal IT teams and communicate effectively with clients to resolve technical issues • Ensure timely completion of assigned tickets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a PC Technician, Field Technician, or similar role • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and basic networking concepts • Experience with printers, scanners, and mobile device setup • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues efficiently • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Monday–Friday with occasional weekends • Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills Preferred Skills • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification • Experience with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, etc.) • Familiarity with Active Directory and remote management tools
