Opportunity The Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications will be responsible for leading external-facing communication efforts across two key functions: investor relations and corporate storytelling. Reporting to the CEO, this role will serve as a strategic communicator — managing relationships with the investment community, media, and other key stakeholders while crafting compelling, consistent messaging aligned with our brand, financial performance, and long-term vision. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a confident communicator who thrives at the intersection of finance, storytelling, and brand strategy. Reports: CEO Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Corporate Communications • Lead corporate messaging across earned media, social platforms, web, and company announcements. • Manage executive communications — including speeches, media interviews, talking points, and thought leadership opportunities. • Collaborate with all teams to ensure brand voice and narrative are aligned across all platforms. • Support internal communications and employee engagement campaigns, partnering closely with HR and leadership. Investor Relations • Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with the CEO and executive team. • Build and manage relationships with current and prospective investors, analysts, and financial media. • Prepare investor-facing materials such as earnings communications, investor decks, fact sheets, and FAQs. • Coordinate investor meetings and events. • Monitor market trends, industry news, and competitor activity to inform internal leadership and shape IR strategy. • Drive consistent, compelling investor communications across all platforms to enhance transparency, reinforce company value, and engage new investment audiences. Strategic Projects & Cross-functional Work • Contribute to major company initiatives such as M&A communications, board prep, and crisis response. • Serve as a communications advisor to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making with insight and clarity. Requirements • Managed PR agencies and acted as the primary key point of contact for media inquiries and reputation management. • Proven ability to collaborate with franchise-driven and fan/creator-led creative organizations to craft content and campaigns that honor established IPs and foster authentic audience engagement. • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, PR, or a related field. • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills. • Confident spokesperson with experience working directly with senior executives and media. • Proven ability to translate complex financial or operational information into clear, compelling narratives. • Experience in the entertainment or media is strongly preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or CFA a plus.
