Develop new business opportunities, analyze reports, and build supplier relationships.
Experience in sales, market analysis, and familiarity with GDS travel software like Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan, plus travel agent background.
• Develop new business opportunities and growth initiatives • Create, maintain, analyze, and review reports and statistics as required by the Organizational Leader • Represent the company at customer/supplier events, trade fairs, and industry conferences • Leverage airline waivers to maximize profits and improve operational efficiency • Support and contribute to the company’s strategic development plans • Coordinate with suppliers as necessary for assistance and waivers • Regularly review supplier performance statistics and identify potential improvement areas • Schedule and conduct regular review meetings with designated suppliers • Provide selected suppliers with marketing and advertising opportunities to strengthen partnerships and achieve commercial targets • Schedule and implement sales calls to designated customers to build and strengthen relationships • Identify a target group of new agents and regularly execute prospective sales calls to grow the customer base • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for diversification Multiple years of experience (helpful but not required) Knowledge of GDS travel software: Sabre, Amadeus, and/or Worldspan Previous work as Travel Agent
