Position Overview: The Senior Manager - Category Strategy, will drive the end-to-end process for launching new retail products and services, and project manage the core projects in the Category Strategy team. This role is responsible for overseeing project intake, designing and executing product/service trials, and driving cross-functional collaboration with Medical Operations, Compliance, IT, Marketing, Order Management, and Operations teams. The Senior Manager will ensure that all launches are strategically aligned with company goals, operationally sound, and compliant with regulatory standards. Location: This position will be primarily remote with occasional travel required. Preferred candidates will be located in one of the following states/areas: AZ, DC, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. What You Will Do • Working with the Category Strategy VP and Director to execute and project manage product and services launches, including the intake and evaluation of new product and service ideas, equipment requests, including intake, business case development, prioritization, launch, and post-mortems • Design and execute trials for new products and services, ensuring robust protocols and measurable outcomes alongside Medical Operations and the various internal Advisory Boards • Lead cross-functional teams through phases of bringing on new products and services, leveraging expertise from Medical Operations, Compliance, IT, Marketing, and Order Management. • Support development of product strategy briefs: pricing and margin, revenue potential, investment requirement, proposed GTM plan, to be executed by Marketing for launch • Serve as the central point of accountability for project status, risks, and outcomes. • Standardize processes for quality and scalable launches. • Utilize and build integrated dashboards to track progress against goals. What You Will Bring • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years' experience in product/service development, preferably in retail, healthcare, or consumer services. • Proven track record of launching new products/services and managing cross-functional teams. • Strong project management skills; experience overseeing field interactions and trials, a plus • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in a highly matrixed organization. • Familiarity with compliance, medical operations, IT systems, and marketing strategies preferred. • Passion and excitement for medical aesthetics.
