Description: • Own and evolve a content strategy that supports the full customer journey—from awareness through retention and advocacy • Lead and grow a team of content marketers, writers, and customer reference leads focused on creating content that delivers both value and performance • Build a scalable content engine that aligns with campaign, brand, product marketing, and growth priorities • Introduce new content types and formats that reflect how audiences discover and engage with information today, including AI-optimized and multimedia content • Align closely with partners across marketing, comms, sales, and brand to ensure messaging is consistent and content supports broader go-to-market efforts • Manage the editorial calendar and prioritization process, ensuring work is high-impact and aligned to business goals • Establish and maintain content standards for quality, voice, tone, and accessibility across all channels • Track and report on content performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy and demonstrate impact • Explore and implement AI tools to support efficiency, scale, and experimentation in content creation • Drive a culture of clarity, collaboration, and creative problem solving within the content team Requirements: • 10+ years in content marketing, editorial, or related roles, with experience leading high-performing teams • Strong writer and editor with a clear, audience-first approach • Skilled at prioritizing work that drives impact, not just output • Comfortable collaborating across marketing, comms, product, and sales • Familiar with AI tools and how they can support content creation and workflows • Curious, organized, and adaptable in fast-moving environments • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or multi-product companies is a plus Benefits: • Enterprise benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, and paid time off
