What We Are Seeking For this full-time Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager role, we are seeking an experienced and client-focused insurance professional who has great customer services skills, strong Personal Lines knowledge, and wants to learn & be part of a fantastic team. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their insurance options and providing the support they need to feel confident and protected. Job Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines accounts (both new & existing) including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty personal insurance products. • Support Commercial Lines accounts (General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation & Property) as needed. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims. • Prepare and review quotes, renewal submissions, and policy proposals. • Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure clients have appropriate coverage. • Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates accurately and promptly. • Educate clients on coverage options, risk management, and policy features. • Maintain detailed account records in agency management system - Hawksoft. • Ensure compliance with all New York insurance regulations and company policies. • Identify opportunities to grow Personal Lines accounts and support producers in cross-selling additional products.
