Shift Manager Responsibilities: • Lead shifts each week • Customer Service skills - making sure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly experience • Provide leadership to crew and other managers on shift • Ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers • Perform tasks that include - monitoring performance of staff, take action to ensure shift team is meeting McDonald’s standards. • Monitor safety, security, and profitability. • Communicate with next shift manager to prepare for next shift • Meet targets set to help meet store goals.
