Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a solid understanding of project scheduling, contracts, and blueprint reading. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Duties • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are followed • Utilize construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools for project tracking and document submittals • Oversee site safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA standards • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance • Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation efficiently • Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve issues promptly Qualifications • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on construction sites • Proficiency in construction estimating, project scheduling (Primavera P6), blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6 • Knowledge of contracts administration and legal aspects of construction projects • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams and subcontractors • Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of project goals and issues • Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred This position is integral to the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
