Job Title: Regional Sales Representative Location: Middle and SW Georgia (Remote with regional travel) Department: Civil Engineering and Construction (CEC) Reports To: VP of Sales Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CEC Technology Sales Representative to join our growing team, focused on driving sales and expanding our market presence across the state of Georgia. The Regional Sales Representative reports directly to the VP of Sales and is responsible for actively developing and growing the market by identifying and selling to both strategic customers, such as large construction contractors, as well as smaller-scale construction customers. Duties include achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and growing SITECH South’s market share in the region. The Rep must be proficient in the use of Heavy Civil Construction Technology solutions and have a minimum of five years’ experience in construction or related industries, plus three years in B2B sales, with a proven ability to prospect and generate sales growth. In addition, applicants should ideally have a degree in a technical and/or civil engineering, surveying, and/or a related business field. Key Responsibilities: · Accountable for the sales performance of the region, including the achievement of revenue and profit on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis · Manages regional expense budgets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis · Achieves regional revenue forecasts · Maintains strong customer relations and satisfaction; proactively and diligently works to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly · Works diligently to achieve company objectives and goals as a team player · Monitors and reports strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market, specifically with competitors · Delivers regular and accurate forecasts to the VP of Sales and President · Collects information that aids in the development and improvement of product and service offerings · Dedicated to customer satisfaction and consistently improving results · Manage relationships and sales opportunities with industry partners · Any other duties as assigned.
