Job Title: Director of Fundraising Organization: Sisters in Christ: Women of Purpose, Daughters of Promise Location: Remote Job Type: Part-time Volunteer About Us: Sisters in Christ is a Christ-centered ministry creating transformative spaces where women encounter God, embrace discipleship, and discover their divine identity. Through our Vision & Legacy Office, we steward initiatives that build generational impact, spiritual formation, and community empowerment. Director of Fundraising – Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Fundraising to lead our development efforts and drive sustainable growth for our mission. This role is responsible for designing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and overseeing campaigns, events, and grant opportunities. The Director will work closely with leadership to expand our donor base, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure financial resources align with program goals. Compensation includes a commission‑based percentage earned from each successful fundraiser, rewarding performance and impact. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Cultivate, steward, and expand relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. • Lead grant research, writing, and reporting to secure new funding opportunities. • Plan and oversee fundraising campaigns, events, and digital giving initiatives. • Collaborate with leadership to identify funding priorities and communicate impact to stakeholders. • Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics to ensure growth and sustainability. • Manage donor communications, including newsletters, acknowledgments, and impact reports. • Build and inspire a volunteer fundraising team to support campaigns and events. • Earn commission‑based compensation tied directly to the success of fundraising efforts.
