We are seeking an experienced System Support Technician for a remote contract in Austin, TX. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide back-end system support. The position will perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows, and perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions. Minimum Qualifications: • 8+ years' Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting • 8+ years' Experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system.
