Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, generating interest in our products/services, qualifying leads, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Account Executives to close deals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, social media). Key Responsibilities: • Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities. • Clearly and effectively communicate the company's value proposition and provide basic information about products or services to prospective clients. • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline - BANT framework) to ensure they are a good fit for the sales pipeline. • Schedule and confirm appointments and demonstrations for the sales team, managing their calendars efficiently. • Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude and persuasive communication style. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions, communications, and progress in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified prospects. • Track and report on daily/weekly KPIs, including calls made, connect rates, meetings set, and show rates. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in an inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong soft skills may be considered. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence and professional demeanor. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales engagement/scheduling tools. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent with the resilience to handle rejection on a regular basis. • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
