Overview A Recruiter to lead end-to-end candidate screening and outreach—moving only “hell yes” talent through quick Zoom screens, personalizing 10–20 daily touches, tracking everything in Gusto ATS, and closing roles within set timeframes. We’re looking for a values obsessed, AI forward Talent Recruiter to aggressively source and screen candidates who live and breathe Single Grain’s core values—, relentless learning, bias to action, bold long term bets, and unreasonable resilience. You’ll own the first round values screen across all open roles, drive a daily outbound cadence, and keep our hiring funnel humming so every seat is filled (with two backups) inside 45 days. We are looking for AI innovation and quantifiable execution. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes AI, talks in hard numbers, and makes fast, high conviction calls without waiting for permission. We move fast, expect a lot, and use AI everywhere— paid media, creative, strategy, recruiting, and ops. If you’re self directed, bluntly honest, and relentless about your craft, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do • Run decisive 15 to 30-minute Zoom screens—advance only “hell yes” candidates; reject the rest. • Hit 10 - 20 personalized outbound touches per open role per day via LinkedIn, email, and niche communities ( 40 - 50/day when 3 - 5 roles active) using a mix of tools. • First - screen every inbound applicant within 48 hours. Get to first-meeting with outbound sourced candidates within the first 5 days of initial outreach. • Maintain and iterate a values - based rubric; design AI - powered work - sample prompts. • Log all activity in Gusto ATS; deliver daily funnel snapshots (first 30 days) then weekly dashboards. • Propose or pilot AI recruiting tools as needed - spend requires ROI - justified approval. • Partner with hiring managers for calibration; escalate only edge cases. • Keep non-exec roles closed 45 days; senior/exec 60 days. Primary KPIs • Hit - Rate: 75 % by month 3; 90 % by month 12. • Outbound Cadence: 10 - 20 touches per role per day. • Inbound SLA: 48 hours. Outbound SLA 5 days • Time - to - Fill: 45 days (non- exec); 60 days (exec). • AI Tool Adoption & Impact: measurable efficiency gains. Requirements • 3+ years sourcing or full - cycle recruiting in fast- growth SaaS or agency environments. • Demonstrated AI recruiting ops beyond ChatGPT (e.g., automated list building, GPT driven personalization, candidate ranking algorithms, agentic workflows). • Proven history filling multiple roles simultaneously—speak in hard numbers • Relentless learner: continuous up - skilling with evidence (courses, side projects, communities). • Data fluency: funnel analytics; basic Sheets/SQL a plus. • Clear, candid communicator; thrives on blunt feedback. • Near - shore (U.S., Canada, LATAM) with dependable U.S. business - hour overlap.
