Location: Must currently live within one hour of Metro New York City Company: Sinegal Estate Winery Position Type: Full-Time | Remote | Field-Based To Apply: COVER LETTER with RESUME REQUIRED About Sinegal Estate Winery Sinegal Estate is a family-owned, luxury winery located in St. Helena, Napa Valley. With a deep commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability, we produce exceptional wines that reflect a strong sense of place and purpose. Our passionate and collaborative team is focused on expanding our presence in key markets across the U.S., delivering affordable luxury through every bottle. ________________________________________ Position Summary We are seeking a high-energy, results driven, outside sales professional to take ownership and develop key targeted areas of NY, NJ, and CT with a strong emphasis on Metro New York. This sales role is hands-on in the field four days a week with majority of time spent calling on target accounts and achieving new points of distribution (PODs). Additional time will be spent utilizing CRM, mapping a long-range plan with articulate attention to detail, and meticulously following up in a weekly/monthly reporting process. Additional responsibility will include hosting consumer and trade tasting events representing Sinegal Estate Winery, mainly within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will be an experienced self-starter with a proven track record of success in outside premium wine sales. This winning candidate should already possess strong alliances with key accounts and contacts within the territory and have the entrepreneurial mindset to expand beyond the current relationship bonds to grow new partnerships and market share. This role is based on abilities of the Sinegal Estate Regional Manager, and the position will NOT be focused on managing or relying upon the Distributor for success in achieving goals. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Achieve annual sales goals in collaboration with winery leadership while maintaining a visible field presence (4–5 days/week) • Submit weekly sales activity reports, analyze PODs, sales depletions, current trends, and provide regional market insights • Build/manage a CRM pipeline of qualified leads and high-value targets • Utilize CRM to track activity, manage territory, and measure performance while strengthen existing relationships • Represent Sinegal Estate at trade and consumer tasting events often during evenings and/or weekends. • Assist National accounts team when needed with trainings and event activities in the market • Collaborate with leadership to execute impactful market visits when a principal or winemaker is scheduled to visit • Follow all state regulations and company policies as required ________________________________________ Qualifications • Must currently live within one hour of Metro New York City • Minimum of 5 years in-field outside wine sales experience within the On-premise channel within New York City and surrounding markets • In-depth knowledge of the go-to-market Wine Sales landscape in NY, NJ, CT • Established relationships with leading restaurant, hotel, and private club accounts • Proficiency with CRM platforms to track and manage field activities • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills • High energy with a strong passion for wine and hands-on selling in-field • Ability to lift 40 lbs., and travel regularly, including overnight stays ___________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $117,000 • Bonus: 20% annual performance-based • Car Allowance • 401(k) with company match • 15 days PTO
