Our passionate and collaborative team is focused on expanding our presence in key markets across the U.S., delivering affordable luxury through every bottle. ________________________________________ Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on growing our on-premise footprint throughout the Central Florida market with a strong emphasis on Orlando. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a successful track record in premium wine sales, have established relationships with key accounts, and the positive can-do mindset to independently grow the territory. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Achieve annual sales goals in collaboration with winery leadership • Maintain a visible field presence (4–5 days/week) in assigned accounts • Submit a weekly activity summary report inclusive of PODs, sales depletions, and current trends • Build and manage CRM pipeline of qualified leads and high value targets • Use CRM to track daily activity, including prospecting, sales appointments, and all corresponding follow through actions • Represent Sinegal Estate at trade/consumer events often during evenings and/or weekends • Monitor pricing to ensure consistency with brand standards • Submit weekly sales report activity summary and provide regional market insights to winery leadership • Assist with National accounts trainings and event activities in the market • Execute impactful activity when a principal/winemaker is visiting the market • Follow all state regulations and company policies as required ________________________________________ Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years’ field wine sales experience within the on-premise channel • In-depth knowledge of the go-to-market Wine Sales landscape in Central Florida • Established relationships with leading restaurant, hotel, and private club accounts • Proficiency with CRM platform manage territory and customer base • High energy, with exceptional communication, attentive time management, and thorough follow through skills • Ability to lift 40 lbs., and travel regularly, including overnight stays • Must reside within one hour of Orlando, Florida ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $105,000 • Bonus: 20% annual performance-based • Car Allowance • 401(k) with company match • 15 days PTO
