This highly analytical and technical role will lead reporting, analytics, and martech build out and support, reporting directly to the CMO. You will continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to efficiently generate Sales-qualified pipeline, while owning martech strategy and administration and accelerating lead movement through SFDC funnels. Salesforce and Hubspot administrative certifications are strongly preferred. What you’ll be doing as the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at SimSpace: Collaborate closely and regularly with the Director of Demand Generation, the Senior Manager of Sales Ops and BDRs to create, edit, and act on SFDC-based reports, dashboards, and insights to build and optimize an efficient GTM motion. Regularly analyze and report out on channel-specific campaign ROI performance. Have a clear and persuasive point of view based on your experience and understanding of current GTM software of what a modern Sales & Marketing tech stack looks like, especially as it relates to the use of AI. Serve as one of two company-level administrators for SFDC, our system of record, to find efficiencies in our GTM approach, while ensuring proper data hygiene and prosecution of all leads and opportunities. Serve as our Hubspot administrator to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Hubspot-related processes, from form, field and token management to landing page, email, and nurture campaign templates and lead scoring. Maintain data integration between Hubspot and Salesforce; interface with Sales, troubleshoot system integrations, & drive new integration projects as needed. Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency, contact outreach, and effectiveness. Measure and manage all aspects of our marketing lead and pipeline generation engine. Ensure database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, funnel velocity, conversion rate optimization, pipeline contribution, and overall business performance in Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Asana, and other tools. Create reports & dashboards in SFDC to share with the CMO and to guide GTM improvements. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to implement automations for marketing campaigns. Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive Sales-qualified pipeline. Help implement Account-Based Marketing strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert target accounts. Proven track record of implementing and managing ABX best practices and technology. Salesforce.com expertise (admin certification strongly preferred).
