Content Creator / Construction Workers + Apprentices Remote / Flexible Hours | Contract We’re a fast-growing startup in the construction space looking for hands-on apprentices/ residential construction workers who also know how to create engaging content. If you’re passionate about building both on-site skills and a digital presence, this is the perfect opportunity to do both at once. What You’ll Do • Create engaging, on-brand content for a dedicated social media account (posting once daily). • Showcase the day-to-day of construction, apprenticeships, and the trades through short-form video. • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to bring content ideas to life. • Time commitment: ~1–2 hours per day (flexible)- work whenever you want! What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in content creation (preferred, but not required). • Comfortable filming yourself on job sites, sharing your apprenticeship journey, and speaking to camera as needed. • Understanding of TikTok/Instagram/Reels style content. • Apprenticeship or construction background required (you should be actively working in or around the trades). • Bonus if you’ve already created content about construction or related trades.
