You’ll act as the primary point of contact, helping customers optimize their experience with Simply.TV while driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and long-term account expansion. While the role involves understanding technical solutions, deep technical expertise is not required — product knowledge will be developed through onboarding and training. Your success is measured by customer satisfaction, account growth, and the ability to spot and act on revenue opportunities.
