Job Details Job Location: Fitchburg, MA Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $25.00 - $29.00 Hourly Job Category: Health Care Description Simply Orthodontics & Pediatrics is seeking an enthusiastic Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. We have been proudly serving the community for many years. Our team strives to provide comprehensive dental care to patients from all walks of life, from essential preventive care to cosmetic dentistry. As a Pediatric Dental Assistant in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. This person will work out of our Fitchburg, MA office. What you will be doing: • Delivering quality care to every patient • Preparing patients for exam and treatment • Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions • Preparing tray set-ups for dental procedures • Effectively directing patient flow through clear communication and teamwork • Sterilizing and disinfecting all used equipment and instruments • Documenting all procedures performed in treatment chart • Complying with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA • Assisting the doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation • Working in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients • Communicating professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach • Maintaining a caring and friendly environment that reinforces our company's core values The benefits you will receive with full time employment: • Health Insurance enrollment on your first day • Vacation Time • Paid Holidays • Paid Sick time • Dental and Orthodontic Discounts • 401K Retirement Plan Simply Orthodontics & Pediatrics has the support and resources of Simply Dental Management.
