Job Description: Commercial Sales Operations Coordinator Position: Commercial Sales Operations Coordinator Location: USA Remote About SimpliFed: SimpliFed is a Maternal Care at Home model powered by our Maternal Health Operating System, centered on exceptional patient experience while driving strong clinical outcomes and reducing cost. We specialize in lactation and baby feeding support as well as high risk condition monitoring for hypertension, maternal mental health, social drivers, and gestational diabetes. Our providers engage with patients early and our care navigators guide patients through the entire maternal episode of care, offering 24x7 support via our secure virtual platform. Position Overview: As a Commercial Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and growth efforts. In this role you will support the commercial team by delivering accurate, actionable insights through client dashboard reporting including KPIs and analyses for internal and external use. You will also be responsible for supporting the team in client and prospect management, managing CRM and reporting needs as well as ensuring the smooth execution of sales and client services activities. This will include scheduling strategic meetings, onsites, events and day to day tasks. This role sits at the intersection of sales, payer strategy, and data analytics, ensuring that client-facing teams have clear visibility into performance, coverage gaps, and revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple priorities, healthcare data, and sales performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Client Dashboard Reporting Own the creation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of client-facing dashboards that track: Utilization, engagement, and revenue trends Payer performance Client-specific KPIs and SLAs Maintaining data integrity, updating records, generating reports, and managing dashboards in Hubspot. Translate complex data into clear, client-ready visuals and summaries for sales, account management, and leadership teams Manage OON (Out of Network) reporting to the Operations team and ensure prioritization is aligned with commercial growth strategies Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency Prepare recurring reports for client business reviews, renewals, and executive presentations Commercial Sales Support Assisting with sales and client scheduling, conferences, and customer communications, relationship management, and growth needs such as creation and management of collateral, coordinating requests and support tickets from clients, and onsite coordination. Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from sales leadership and cross-functional partners Required Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in sales and growth at startups, or health care organizations, or consulting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience using CRM software and customer success tools as well as Google Suite, HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, and others. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex issues with customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction and relationship-building. Ability to travel as needed to clients Valid Drivers License and REAL ID Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience working in women’s health, health tech, or a provider group Previous experience in sales, onboarding, training, or client education.
