Job Description: • Design, develop, and execute test plans for Windows-based applications • Validate software packages and configurations in Windows environments • Perform QA validation on endpoint management solutions • Support and validate VM environments with provisioning and configuration • Document defects clearly and work with development teams Requirements: • 5-8 years experience in IT systems and endpoint management • Hands-on experience in Windows environments • Strong knowledge of software packaging and installation • Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar ' • Solid understanding of file systems and permissions Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Remote work options
