Our team is a leading brokerage team for apartment investments in the Northwest. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to help enhance the online presence of one of our team founders. You will be responsible for curating and creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, and fostering a strong online community presence. __ Responsibilities: Content Creation: Curate and create compelling content related to the apartment building real estate market. Source relevant news articles and industry updates to share with insightful commentary. Create content from our quarterly and annual market reports. Develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance the brand's online presence. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the broker’s social media profiles. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community. Plan and organize a consistent posting schedule to maintain an active and engaging online presence. Schedule and publish daily posts across various platforms, ensuring a diverse mix of content. __ Qualifications: Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of the commercial real estate market. Familiarity with industry terminology, trends, and market dynamics. Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms for businesses, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging written and visual content. Experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation. Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex real estate information in a clear and accessible manner. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage a content calendar and meet posting schedules. Collaboration and Planning: Collaborate with team members virtually to plan and strategize content initiatives. Participate in planning calls and meetings to align social media efforts with overall business goals. PLUS if you are available during PST business hours.
