Full Description

The Territory Sales Representative - Garage Floors is responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories, building strong customer relationships, and expanding Simiron’s presence in the epoxy and concrete coatings market. This role targets experienced sales professionals with a background in home services, epoxy coatings, or similar industries. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and skilled in business development, customer service, and technical product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Generate profitable sales by developing and maintaining relationships with garage floor applicators. • Develop leads. • Plan and execute sales calls with existing customers and prospective clients across residential and commercial markets. • Actively negotiate with new and existing customers to close opportunities and achieve sales targets. • Develop and execute customer target lists, sales action plans, and budgets. • Proficient use of Simiron CRM platform. This is a mandatory requirment of this position as described herein. Customer & Market Intelligence • Provide feedback on competitive products, pricing, and promotions. • Recommend new products or line extensions to strengthen market positioning. Store & Sales Support • Collaborate with store leadership to ensure customers receive excellent service and technical product support. • Support store operations during peak activity or staff absences (not to exceed 5% of role time). • Assist in achieving store-level sales goals and maintaining smooth communication between sales and operations. • Provide training and product knowledge sessions for customers when needed. Qualifications • Preferred: 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in home services, epoxy/concrete coatings, or related industries. • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the assigned territory. • Other job duties as assigned.
