Job Description: • Provide IAM thought leadership to both Simeio in-house colleagues and senior stakeholders within Simeio clients • Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in high-stakes client presentations to secure new business • Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership • Deliver both growth and new business revenue and profit numbers • Provide senior leadership on consulting projects to ensure high-quality outcomes • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice • Work closely with delivery teams to develop best practices and account plans • Participate in strategic decisions and represent Simeio in high-level negotiations and public events Requirements: • At least 15 years’ professional experience • Extensive deep Identity Management (IAM) and security expertise • Strong business acumen • Excellent communication skills • Exceptional leadership skills • Independent, creative problem-solver • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience leading project teams and growth/revenue streams Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
